As a Bilingual Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the office phone system, which includes handling incoming calls and ensuring that all messages are properly recorded and relayed to the appropriate staff member. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues is a key aspect of this role, as you will be answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist with the coordination of projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all project materials are properly organized and stored. In addition, you will use QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and manage the office budget.
