Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their perfect home by guiding them through the leasing process, showing apartments, and assisting with lease signings.
• Keep the property's files neat, tidy, and in compliance with all necessary guidelines.
• Ensure rent is collected on time and address any tenant questions or concerns with a smile.
• Coordinate and follow up on work orders to ensure repairs and requests are handled quickly and effectively.
• Provide top-notch service and ensure every resident feels heard and valued.
• Assist with managing data entry, reports, and documents to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, especially with tax credit/LIHTC properties (Preferred).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is a must.
• Proficiency with property management software.
