The Bilingual Assistant Manager - Credit is responsible for providing customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. This role involves credit and collections, delivering exceptional customer service, managing deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to positively impact growth and revenue.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes.
• Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures during deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment for both customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
