We are looking for a dynamic customer-focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property in Humble, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, vendors, and management.
  • Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of leasing agreements, rental applications, and other leasing documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident communications, and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Property Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in affordable housing property management or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Resman property management software.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
