About the position

The Bilingual Assistant Store Manager at Cricket Wireless is responsible for managing retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. This role involves training staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring sales targets are met while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers.
  • Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.
  • Train and develop staff to hit daily sales targets.
  • Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met.
  • Communicate effectively with the district manager.
  • Manage cash accountability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of retail store management experience in sales or customer service required.
  • Three years of customer service experience required.
  • Fluent in Spanish required.
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sales system.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior wireless experience preferred.
  • One or more years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment preferred.
