About the position

The Associate Paralegal - Gaming (LATAM and EMEA) position is responsible for providing legal support for the Company's gaming activities in the LATAM and EMEA markets. This includes drafting, reviewing, processing, and filing agreements, as well as assisting with litigation, corporate governance, and special projects. The role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and allows for hybrid work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, processing, revising, tracking, and filing of legal agreements.
• Conduct basic legal, regulatory, and business-related research for in-house counsel and clients.
• Ensure priority and rush assignments are handled effectively and efficiently.
• Assist with due diligence investigations and/or requests in various jurisdictions.
• Communicate consistently during the review process of assignments to keep stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrate intermediate professional skills and business acumen.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a commercial paralegal with a law firm, corporation, or both.
• A paralegal certificate or equivalent country certification is required.
• Ability to write, read, and converse in legal matters in Spanish.
• Self-motivated and efficient with good business judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, DocuSign, and Adobe Professional.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
