Responsibilities

• Work on a retail sales team to provide best-in-class customer care.
• Promote a Safety First Culture.
• Be a team player and help the team achieve its goals.
• Provide required information to customers as they enter the store.
• Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Engage in continuous training and education in all Carolina Pick N Pull business areas.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must work safely at all times.
• Good people skills with an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in automotive part/product identification.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
