About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Mandarin) is responsible for delivering exceptional support to a diverse clientele in a dynamic environment. This role involves assisting customers across multiple channels, resolving complaints, gathering feedback, and fostering long-term relationships, all while contributing to business growth. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate international communication and enhance customer experiences in a fast-evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients' inquiries via hotline, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Investigate and follow up on customer complaints, coordinating with internal departments to identify solutions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback, serving as a link between clients and the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing and account management, preferably in payment services or ecommerce.
  • Strong focus on achieving business targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing circumstances and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Tertiary education or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
