About the position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW) to provide therapy and intake services in a fully remote setting. This role involves conducting intakes, individual assessments, developing treatment plans, and connecting patients with community resources, all aimed at enhancing access to mental health care for underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
- Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 2+ years of experience
- Proven experience in both intake and therapy
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience treating patients across various age groups, ideally ages 13+
- Strong diagnostic skills.
