About the position

The Bilingual Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) at EmployBridge is responsible for attracting new customers and maintaining existing relationships through various communication channels. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and involves engaging with decision-makers, targeting quality leads, and providing consultative account management. The position emphasizes building a book of business in a local territory and leveraging innovative technology to reach clients.

Responsibilities

  • Attracts new customers and maintains existing relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
  • Engages with decision makers during the buying process.
  • Targets higher quality leads and leverages existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
  • Acts as a market leader through connections with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups.
  • Engages in pre-call planning using market research to gain insights into customer challenges.
  • Identifies key stakeholders and challenges customers to think about transforming their business.
  • Provides consultative account management, post-sale support, frequent contact, and follow-up.
  • Leads strategic market-related conversations with customers and presents additional products based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals.
  • Familiarity with innovative lead generation methods and technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social selling and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with tools like Vidyard and Zoom.
