About the position

The Bilingual Technical Support Representative will be part of the Customer Support team, providing assistance to Spanish and English-speaking customers. This role focuses on addressing customer inquiries related to products and services, offering tier-one technical support, and ensuring effective communication with customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide tier-one technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail, phone, and document support interactions.
  • Escalate more complex inquiries to the tier two technical support team.
  • Document and log device replacements (RMA) and reconcile returns within the SSP.
  • Utilize ZenDesk ticketing system to review, initiate, and submit refill subscription orders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and pleasant in-person and over telephone manner.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
  • High school diploma; willingness to learn on-the-job; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
