About the position

As a Call Center Representative, you will provide responsive service to our customers by answering inbound calls, offering support, and resolving their inquiries. We are looking to hire for this position at any of our four office locations (Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Lubbock)!
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact for customers and injured workers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Answer inbound phone calls, resolve caller needs, and provide information.
- Retain a significant amount of information, follow a structured schedule, and provide individualized attention to each customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- At least two years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
