About the position

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will serve as the frontline support for customer inquiries and technical issues, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This role is crucial for delivering an inclusive experience to a diverse customer base, particularly Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and product guidance with expertise.
  • Manage customer inquiries, order details, and complaint resolution.
  • Drive consumer sales through effective product knowledge and rapport-building.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for consistent follow-up.
  • Assist in Factory Store and Reception Desk operations as needed.
  • Handle product replacements, shipment tracking, and customer follow-up.
  • Respond to calls and emails professionally.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service and/or technical support experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required for better customer outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
