The Bilingual Cantonese Call Center Scheduler at Transtreme, LLC plays a crucial role in connecting geriatric patients with Nurse Practitioners for health assessments. Responsibilities

  • Contact and assist geriatric patients in scheduling appointments with Nurse Practitioners.
  • Aid with translation services for non-English speaking patients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and scheduling records.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of previous telephone experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly and passionate about helping others.
  • Bilingual in Cantonese is required.
