About the position

The Bilingual Cantonese Call Center Scheduler at Transtreme, LLC plays a crucial role in connecting geriatric patients with Nurse Practitioners for health assessments. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and assist geriatric patients in scheduling appointments with Nurse Practitioners.
  • Manage the translation line for non-English speaking patients to facilitate communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients seeking health services.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and scheduling records in the system.

Requirements

  • 1 year of telephone experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills to understand patient needs.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Bilingual in Cantonese is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service for at least 1 year.
