Responsibilities
- Meet with new clients for intake
- Document file with developments in the case
- Daily communication with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and doctor offices
- Managing challenging situations with clients as they arise
- Maintain client contact throughout a case
- Request medical records and bills
- Filing forms with the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission
- All other tasks needed to maintain clientele happy and their case(s) moving along
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Two years of Customer Service or office experience required
