About the position

The Marketing Director will lead marketing initiatives for Premier Education, an esteemed tutoring center in Queens and Long Island. This role focuses on enhancing the center's visibility and engagement through various marketing strategies, particularly in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Chinese, bringing a unique perspective to the marketing efforts aimed at diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the tutoring center.
• Manage marketing operations including email and content marketing campaigns.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with educational staff to align marketing efforts with educational goals.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the education field.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Proficient in Social Media Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be bilingual in English and Chinese.
