CAIPA MSO is a management service organization in which we service over thousands of providers in the Greater New York City area. Our mission is to alleviate our provider’s administrative tasks so they can focus on patient care. The Sales/ Marketing Manager will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with Sunset Park Radiology (SPR) Operation Team to get a good understanding of the operational situation, issues and challenges.
• Identifies target providers, health plans, community partners to develop the radiology center business.
• Collects and compiles feedback from providers and in the field in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains appointment and referral records to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyzes referral trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients via networking.
• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
5 years+ of experience in sales and marketing, healthcare or provider relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
