Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PLEX portfolio clients.
- Onboard new clients and train them on PLEX processes for submitting transactions.
- Collect, audit, and approve client schedule documents.
- Provide feedback to clients on opportunities for improvement.
- Present recommendations to Portfolio Manager and Leadership Team.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an account management role
- Conversational Spanish
- College Degree
- 30wpm typing proficiency
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate to Clients whether in-person, over the phone, text, or video call.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
