About the position

The Bilingual Client Relations Specialist (Korean/English) plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between the staffing agency and clients, particularly those with Korean-speaking employees. This position serves as a key liaison among onsite staff, contract employees, and Korean-speaking hiring managers, facilitating a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Fluently communicate in both Korean and English (written and verbal) with clients, candidates, and internal staff.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Korean-speaking individuals and English-speaking counterparts.
• Work with onsite manager to coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, training, and documentation.
• Address any employee concerns or issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to both employees and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean-speaking clients.
• Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, schedules, and industry best practices.
• Effectively communicate manufacturing requirements and expectations to candidates.
• Assist with workforce planning and scheduling to meet client demands.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all staffing activities.
• Prepare reports and other documentation as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, staffing, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
