About the position
The Bilingual Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through exceptional service. This position involves direct communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer support and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and promote additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry into our systems.
- Assist with client meetings and walk client locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services based on client needs.
- Support bilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
