About the position
The Bilingual Collections Specialist at CLC & Associates, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing debt collection processes. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment solutions, and achieving set goals in a supportive and casual work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service to clients.
- Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Requirements
- Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Top-notch negotiation skills.
- FDCPA knowledge preferred.
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred).
