About the position

Jase is seeking an experienced corporate trainer with a strong desire for career advancement and the ability to teach a broad range of skills. As a corporate training provider, you will partner with the founding team to deliver impactful training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering high-quality training programs to our sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the field and a proven ability to close deals. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new employees, ensuring they understand the company's products, services, and sales processes. You will monitor and evaluate the progress of new hires, providing constructive feedback and additional training as needed. Additionally, you will conduct role-playing exercises to simulate real-life sales scenarios, providing hands-on coaching to improve sales techniques and strategies. You will also master and deliver the company's sales pitch to new hires, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in its delivery across the team, while updating and refining the pitch based on market trends and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees.
• Ensure new hires understand company products, services, and sales processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of new hires, providing constructive feedback and additional training as needed.
• Conduct role-playing exercises to simulate real-life sales scenarios.
• Provide hands-on coaching to improve sales techniques and strategies.
• Evaluate performance during role plays and offer targeted advice for improvement.
• Master and deliver the company's sales pitch to new hires.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in the delivery of the sales pitch across the team.
• Update and refine the sales pitch based on market trends and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.
