About the position

The Bilingual Criminal Research Analyst position is a full-time role based in West Palm Beach, FL, where the primary focus is on conducting thorough criminal research and data entry. This role is essential for a growing background check company, requiring a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate various databases and legal documents. The analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of searches, including state, county, federal criminal and civil searches, as well as worker's compensation searches. A significant part of the job involves utilizing the National Criminal History Database to ensure accurate and comprehensive results. In addition to research tasks, the analyst will also handle customer service operations, which include answering direct line calls and assisting with inquiries related to criminal records. This position requires the ability to read and interpret court records and legal terminology, as well as communicate effectively with courts and vendors to clarify search results and statuses. The analyst will also manage calls from clients regarding disputes or inquiries about sealed or expunged records, making strong communication skills essential. The role demands a high level of organization and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other departments as needed. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish, as the ability to speak and read in Spanish is a requirement for this position. This is an in-person role, and candidates must be prepared to work on-site at the company's location.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Ability to perform detailed research and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills for customer service and operations.
