In addition to research tasks, the analyst will also handle customer service operations, which include answering direct line calls and assisting with inquiries related to criminal records. This position requires the ability to read and interpret court records and legal terminology, as well as communicate effectively with courts and vendors to clarify search results and statuses. The analyst will also manage calls from clients regarding disputes or inquiries about sealed or expunged records, making strong communication skills essential. The role demands a high level of organization and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other departments as needed. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish, as the ability to speak and read in Spanish is a requirement for this position. This is an in-person role, and candidates must be prepared to work on-site at the company's location.
