Responsibilities

• Provide professional and quality customer service and sales support through various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in CRM and client systems.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and upsell related products.
• Translate and interpret foreign languages as needed.
• Complete daily tasks within established timelines and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Build relationships with clients and coworkers to supply necessary updates and reporting.
• Recommend improvements to management for operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; post-high school education preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English or French and English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or member retention is required.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is desired.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
