About the position
TEKsystems is seeking experienced bilingual customer representatives to handle calls related to payments for gas and utility bills. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries about their bills, processing payments over the phone, and addressing issues related to missed payments. The position requires effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls pertaining to payments for gas and utility bills
- Answer calls from customers with questions about their bills
- Process customer payments over the phone
- Assist customers who missed a payment and want to restore their utilities by making a payment
- Direct customers with other issues to the main call center line
Requirements
- 1 year of call center experience
- Customer service experience
- Customer support skills
- High school diploma
