As a Bilingual Customer Service & Loan Specialist at Sun Loan Company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who are outgoing, reliable, and driven by a passion for helping others. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role, which directly supports the Customer Service Team Lead. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer portal tickets on my.sunloan.com in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are documented appropriately. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in the office, and setting up and installing new or replacement equipment as needed. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. You will need to learn quickly and apply new job-related information effectively, work collaboratively with your team, and be open to feedback from supervisors and colleagues. This position requires a working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions, as well as the ability to work as scheduled and complete all required company training. To qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service. The ability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus, and you should be able to lift up to 10 pounds as part of your job responsibilities.
