About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Computershare is a vital role focused on providing exceptional customer service to shareholders. This remote position requires engaging with clients to resolve complex issues related to their accounts and transactions, ensuring a high level of service and building confidence with each interaction. The representative will serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and providing clarity to customers while navigating various systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls in a polite manner
  • Making outbound calls when necessary
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries
  • Notating account accurately
  • Researching for the most up-to-date information
  • Navigating systems while engaging customers on calls

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a call center agent
  • Strong customer service skills while handling customer calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary
  • Proficient with researching and resolving related inquiries
  • PC Skills
  • Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvements to supervisor
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
