About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Russian/English) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting clients with health care enrollment inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible support in both Russian and English. The representative will handle inbound calls, guide clients through the enrollment process, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
  • Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
