The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to members by making outbound calls, sending health assessments, and collaborating with team members to offer additional resources. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new and current members.
  • Send health assessments to members.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide additional external resources.
  • Document activities within a ticketing system.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of state and federal industry regulations.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Experience with outbound calls within a call center environment highly preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office skills and navigating multiple electronic files simultaneously.
  • Accurate typing skills (minimum 35 words a minute).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Maintain deadlines and strong problem-solving skills.
