About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Mom's Meals is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients placing meal orders. This fully remote position requires efficient order processing and effective communication with clients and case managers. The role is integral to the company's mission of delivering tailored nutrition solutions to those in need.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders.
  • Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
  • Document all conversations with clients into the client information database.
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients.
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
  • Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of previous call center experience
  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
