About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Cash Time Loan Centers is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing auto title and personal loan requests. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling loan products efficiently and accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Handle both incoming and outbound calls
• Cash handling and debit card payment processing
• Manage every aspect of a loan from start to finish, including in-person and online requests
• Collect loan prerequisites from applicants such as proof of income and vehicle title
• Interview customers in-person or over the phone
• Conduct vehicle condition reports
• Collect and analyze income sources
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Inform customers regarding loan decisions
• Perform data entry and finalize all loan documents and disclosures to customers
• Participate in marketing activities as needed
• Perform light collection-related transactions
• Inform manager of escalated customer issues
• Balance cash drawer every shift if assigned
• Follow company policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience with multi-line phones is a plus
• Cash-handling experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills and computer literacy
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Spanish bilingual is a must
