The Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service/Sales Representative will join a successful State Farm Agent's team, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and providing exceptional service. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment, with training provided for those without prior insurance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

Requirements
