About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support. The role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and efficient resolution of inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers.
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work until 7pm, Monday - Friday.
