About the position

The Bilingual Customer Success Manager at Edmundson Inc. is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This role involves meticulous management of customer accounts, performing administrative tasks, resolving customer issues, and driving customer satisfaction to achieve financial goals. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can adapt to various tasks while maintaining a focus on customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage and track customer accounts meticulously, keeping detailed records of interactions.
  • Perform routine administrative duties, such as updating records and processing orders.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Earn competitive commissions by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist walk-in customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding their deliveries and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Monitor and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer service goals.
  • Track customer engagement levels and provide insights on customer satisfaction.
  • Offer detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Utilize strategic upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify potential challenges, offering solutions proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the nursery or related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Business, or a related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • 3+ years of data entry experience.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
  • Detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to stay organized and focused while managing multiple assignments.
  • Problem-solver who can think on their feet and resolve issues efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Greenhouse & Nursery Industry or related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
