About the position

The Dealership Success Associate at Lendbuzz plays a crucial role in enhancing the growth of the dealer partner network within the automotive industry. This position focuses on collaboration, education, and support for auto dealerships, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships. The associate will work closely with Account Managers to drive initiatives that improve brand visibility and empower dealerships to succeed in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee daily operations for dealerships, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to dealerships and clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support Lendbuzz's expanding dealer network, both existing and prospective, to drive growth and success.
• Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and Account Managers, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions.
• Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.
• Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.
• Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
