The Director of Campus Operations at YES Prep Airline Elementary is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the campus, ensuring a safe and effective environment for students and staff. Responsibilities

  • Implementing safe and effective operational duty systems to maintain campus safety.
  • Managing the school-based budget and analyzing campus financials.
  • Developing and executing student recruitment efforts to fill all seats.
  • Promoting innovation through strategic operational systems and processes.
  • Overseeing daily administrative operations and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Managing campus operations staff and supporting their professional growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding school operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
  • 3-5 years of business, operational, and/or managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate problems effectively.
  • Ability to work outside of normal hours and on weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Team management experience.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
