Responsibilities

• Implement safe and effective operational duty systems to maintain campus safety.
• Manage the school-based budget and analyze campus financials to establish spending strategies.
• Develop and execute student recruitment efforts to ensure full enrollment.
• Promote innovation on campus through strategic operational systems and processes.
• Supervise daily administrative operations and maintain accurate records for school operations.
• Manage campus operations staff and support their professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding school operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• 3-5 years of business, operational, and/or managerial experience.
• Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to work outside of normal hours and on weekends.
• Commitment to the mission and core values of YES Prep Public Schools.

Nice-to-haves

• Team management experience.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
