About the position

The Bilingual Director of Finance and Accounting is responsible for strategic planning and analysis within a manufacturing environment. This role involves reviewing current accounting and financial planning procedures, providing financial leadership, and managing all business operations related to finance. The Director will work closely with employees and the management team, ensuring effective communication and confidence-building within the organization. This position is a key member of the management leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting.
• Conduct monthly and yearly financial close processes.
• Review and improve current accounting and financial planning and budgeting procedures.
• Provide financial leadership and management for the business.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and confidence-building.
