We are seeking a skilled and experienced 1st Shift Bilingual Embroidery Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for embroidery production, a strong understanding of production processes, and exceptional leadership skills to oversee our first shift operations. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION MANAGER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of embroidery production during the first shift.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of embroidery machine operators and production staff.
• Train new employees on embroidery techniques, machine operation, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials required for production.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and streamline processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in embroidery production management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating embroidery machines and understanding of embroidery techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control processes.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Flexibility to work first shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.
• Experience with digitizing software and embroidery design is a plus.
