About the position

EEBC is seeking an experienced Bilingual Business Trainer/Coach to develop and deliver impactful training workshops and provide one-on-one coaching support to early childhood education leaders. The role requires a strong background in business training, adult learning, and a commitment to the company's core values of compassion, connection, collaboration, excellence, innovation, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops virtually and in-person.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions through one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with the Training Team to develop workshops and training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Commitment to EEBC's Core Values
• Business experience (2+ years) in management, human resources, financial management, marketing, automation/technology, etc.
• Adult learning experience (1+ years)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree

Nice-to-haves

• Child care/early childhood education leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or early childhood education
• Familiarity and experience with childcare management software (CCMS)
