About the position

The Finance Manager - Supply Chain at Lee Kum Kee is responsible for providing business and financial counsel to the Supply Chain organization. This role involves consolidating Supply Chain strategies into financial plans and forecasts, preparing variance analysis, and serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Finance teams. The Finance Manager will also implement strategic initiatives at the Americas zone level, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate Supply Chain strategies into financial and manufacturing cost plans and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on actual results and forward-looking forecasts, focusing on supply chain costs.
  • Present monthly financial and manufacturing costs/KPI reporting to Supply Chain Leadership Teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Supply Chain Annual Operation Plan/Budget.
  • Support the regional supply chain team in decision-making through financial and costing recommendations and analyses.
  • Monitor cash elements within Supply Chain Finance scope (Capex & Stocks).
  • Identify financial and manufacturing cost improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency in Supply Chain.
  • Work with demand & supply planning teams to manage stock obsolescence and minimize aged stocks.
  • Develop financial and manufacturing cost modeling to support decision-making for Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of related progressive financial, Cost Accounting, planning and analysis experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Certified in CPA/CMA is strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with managerial and financial accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fixed asset experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese is helpful.
