The Bilingual Financial Aid Operations Contact Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting students and parents through the verification process for our partner schools. This position simplifies the federal financial aid verification process, ensuring that students and their families receive the support they need. The Specialist will be responsible for answering inquiries related to the review of the FAFSA form and any requested documentation. Communication with students and parents will occur via phone and email throughout the verification process, making it essential for the Specialist to possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Stable work history and strong work ethic.
