About The Position
As a Bilingual Financial Wellness Banker at KeyBank, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to individuals and businesses within the community. This role combines the responsibilities of a banker with those of a teller, allowing you to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and provide tailored guidance to enhance clients' financial wellness. You will engage with clients both in person and through proactive outreach, aiming to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships based on their unique financial goals. Your efforts will contribute to fostering client confidence in their financial decisions, and you will be expected to embody a strong client experience culture, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and impactful. In this position, you will actively listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, whether they arise spontaneously or through scheduled appointments. You will be responsible for consistently meeting individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations, while also processing financial service transactions accurately. This includes opening personal and business accounts, such as consumer checking, small business accounts, and various deposit products. Building strong partnerships with branch teammates and other business lines will be essential as you focus on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Compliance with operational, security, and audit procedures is critical, and you will participate in team huddles and debriefs to ensure alignment and communication within the branch. Your role will also involve adapting to the dynamic needs of clients and the bank, as you may be assigned additional duties or responsibilities as needed.
