About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Support personal assistant functions for executives or team members as required.
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish required, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in calendar management to coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and front desk operations.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
