About the position

The Bilingual Help Desk Analyst (Level 1.5) is responsible for providing technical support to customers, focusing on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in both English and French, as well as a strong technical background to assist users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving escalated calls and emails
  • Providing technical product support
  • Documenting issue resolution
  • Deploying and configuring computer hardware and software

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Help Desk Analyst
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft-based systems
  • Experience with Active Directory and ability to manage user accounts and permissions
  • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and French (Canadian)
