Responsibilities
- Meet with expectant parents and families with young children to provide support and education.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify family needs and strengths.
- Facilitate parent support groups to foster community and shared learning.
- Develop safe and trusting relationships with families to enhance their support networks.
- Provide in-person home and community-based services to program participants.
- Complete case notes and administrative tasks, with flexibility to work from home as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a human services field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One year of experience working with families with children under the age of 5 required.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish required.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
