About the position

As a Bilingual Hospitality Branch Manager, you will lead a team to achieve market goals, oversee financial performance, and drive business development initiatives. This role emphasizes fostering associate engagement and growth while managing essential market responsibilities to ensure the branch's success.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a path of learning & professional development for branch team.
  • Build professional relationships in the hospitality sector with general managers and directors.
  • Build sustainable partnerships with hotel leadership through proactive communication.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure workplace safety.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with HotelPro standards.
  • Support recruiting efforts to maintain a top-tier team.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market reach and explore growth opportunities for clients.
  • Manage and lead client (hotel) service activities.
  • Anticipate and resolve client (hotel) challenges.
  • Be available by phone for client (hotel) and Team Members.
  • Develop & lead branch activities.
  • Lead hotel market sales activity.
  • Create an inclusive team environment.
  • Stay current with hotel industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Proven experience in hotel operations management.
  • Heavily sales focused with sales prospecting experience.
  • Client relationship experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Record of success in a team environment, preferably within a hotel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in housekeeping management (3 years required).
  • Experience in hotel operations (2 years required).
