• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Housekeeping Heroes to deliver exceptional cleanliness and efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain five-star luxury standards across all guest spaces.
• Optimize housekeeping systems by embracing technology and implementing process improvements.
• Manage schedules, purchasing, inventory, and stock to ensure efficient resource management.
• Monitor and control labor costs to stay within budget while maintaining quality.
• Build a positive, results-driven team culture that fosters growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar housekeeping management role.
• Proficient in Google Suite and other tech tools, with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and manage your team effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.
