About the position

The HR Coordinator at XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is responsible for managing production plans, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires effective communication and collaboration across teams, as well as assisting with payroll and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and implement production plans.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, quality, and other departments.
  • Monitor special orders and analyze weekly/monthly production data.
  • Perform planning analysis, forecasting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of HR experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Capable of working in a trailer and walking between buildings.
  • Strong multitasking, scheduling, and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, benefits, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), HR software, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
